Vegetarian recipes with Tofu

Vegetarian recipes with Tofu
As I mentioned earlier, tofu is a food or an ingredient to consist basically of soy, it is very suitable for vegetarian diets. It is also an ingredient that we can enter in all kinds of recipes and it is for this reason that if you are a person who likes to eat a healthful and healthy, and with all kinds of vegetables, or vegetables perhaps these vegetarian recipes with tofu, that we propose below will allow you to uncover the tofu as a good option to introduce in your diet.
Salad with tofu and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 300 grams tofu-soft
- 400 grams of mushrooms
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 6 c/s soy sauce
- 4 c/s of mirin
- black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt.
Preparation
We must mix in a bowl the soy sauce with the mirin, and tofu cut into dice. You must let it marinate for at least half an hour. If it is not covered at all, you can take a spoon and you're moving the tofu during the time it is marinating so that it absorbs the flavors.
While we mix, we can go to clearing away the canons, as well as the mushrooms that we cut into quarters. Then peel and chop the garlic and wash well the cherry tomatoes.
Put a little oil in a frying pan that is fairly wide and sauté the mushrooms, salpiméntamos to taste and let them cook until they are to your taste (if you want to tender we have to leave that to absorb all of the water that have been released, while if you want something crunchy you have to go away the juice as you go by releasing).
Incorporate the chopped garlic cloves and leave them for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Lastly, we must incorporate the cherry tomatoes.
Tofu with walnuts and piquillo peppers:
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of firm tofu
- 8 piquillo peppers
- 1/4 " or 1/2 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic large
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley,
- 1 cc of sugar,
- 1 cs PX reduction (or balsamic vinegar)
- black pepper
- rosemary oil smoked
- ssal
- 8-10 nuts.
Preparation:
We take the tofu and cut it all in dice, dry it and place it within a bowl that is enough amplico as to be able to go adding the rest of ingredients to make a navy.
Chop the piquillo peppers, peel you onion and chop into very small pieces, peel the garlic clove, remove the germ from the interior and chop also very small. Now this is all cast in the same bowl in which we have the tofu.
Mince the parsley and also add it along with the sugar and the reduction, or the balsamic. We take a pinch of pepper and stir everything so that it is very well mixed.
We ended up garnishing with a little rosemary oil smoked we can do at home, but if not, we have to take oil extra virgin, we include in addition the walnuts, peeled and chopped and cover the bowl with transparent film and let rest in the fridge as it is cold take.
