Ribs with bbq sauce
A recipe is incredibly simple with home made bbq sauce and so good, so full of flavor that I'm eager to repeat at home.
I am a true fan of the home made bbq sauce, you can give the finishing touches righteous flavor according to your taste and is so incredibly good that it is better to do a little more than the fair amount.

Ingredients:
- 6 pork Ribs
- Oregano
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
For the bbq sauce:
- ½ Onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 ml. Ketchup
- 15 ml. vinegar white wine
- 10 ml. of Worcestershire sauce or Coca Cola
- 20 grams of honey
- 10 ml. lemon juice
- Pepper white/black
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard old
- A drizzle of olive oil
Preparation:
You can put the ribs whole or you can cut it into pieces It tastes, according as they buy and how many you might be eating! Put the ribs in a bowl with the parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
In the meantime, it will be time to prepare the bbq sauce (I recommend to see the article “basic Sauces: bbq sauce,” because we explain step-by-step. I've crushed a little bit but not completely, for that will be more natural.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees, place the ribs on a tray, and insert it for about 30 minutes. After that time, with a brush, made a good amount of bbq sauce over it and leave it for 15 more minutes.
As soon as they're ready, serve and accompany with the rest of the bbq sauce, that each have to taste it vice!
